She was elected a queen on the throne of Southern Lebanon when she was only sixteen years old. Years later, and by coincidence Haifa Wehbe signed up for modeling, worked as a professional model, and was featured in many magazines, in Lebanon and the Arab world.

In 1995 she tried her luck in the election of the most beautiful Lebanese girl of MTV channel, and although she was a top favorite, she failed to win and was scored third in the pageant . Haifa completed her career in fashion until the year 2002 when she decided to become a singer.

After her very first song and video clip in which she looked very sexy, she became popular and has earned a large fan base within a short time. She has moved from being a cover girl to a massive Lebanese star.

Haifa has gone through a look change.  Her beauty has evolved, and she has become more attractive in the past  ten years. She learned how to improve and enhance her physical attributes in a way  that would make her look striking.

In an interview for the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation she acknowledged that she had a  plastic surgery done only to her nose.

Wehbe is now one of the faces for the Italian fashion designer, Roberto Cavalli.
